IL 800 is a heat stabilizer and lubricant system based on lead sulphate and calcium soap, specifically developed for low, medium and high speed rigid pipe extrusion. The product is available in the form of powder. The addition of any extra lubricants is not necessary except in extreme cases since this product has good of internal and external lubricants system.
IL 705 is a heat stabilizer and lubricant system based on lead sulphate and calcium soap, specifically developed for low, medium and high speed rigid pipe extrusion. The product is available in the form of powder. The addition of any extra lubricants is not necessary except in extreme cases since this product has good of internal and external lubricants system.
PbS is used for thermal stabilizer and anti additive owing to its strong activating effect.
Considering its excellent transparency and lubricity, it is good for both flexible and rigid transparent seats.
Offers excellent synergistic effects when use with
BaSt,
CaSt, or
ZnSt.
DBL is good Heat Stability and excellent lubricant at high temperature.
Offers synergistic effects when use with others metallic stearate or with
TLS.
TLS is representative product for kind of lead stabilizer for PVC. It is used for both flexible and rigid product. It is mainly used for PVC Compound for electric wires.
BaSt result a high activating effect and shows its excellence in thermal endurance, transparency and processibility. Offers synergistic effects when used with
CaSt,
ZnSt and
PbSt.
BaSt is used for leather, rigid pipe and coating for electronic wires and cable.
